Delivery Information

Hugsbaby, aims to pack and process your order within 2 working days of receiving. Our working days are Monday - Thursday , 9am-6pm and Friday and Saturday, 10am - 4pm. Please do note that there may be some delays during busy sale periods or peak trading times. 

UK Delivery Options

- 24hr express delivery for mainland UK (same day dispatch): £3.50 or FREE for orders over £40.00

- Standard delivery for UK Highlands and Islands (2-3 working days): £5.00 or FREE for orders over £40.00

- We use Parcel Force to send parcels within the UK.

Worldwide Delivery Options

- For worldwide shipments, the delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on location as well as the weight and size of the parcel.

- Please note that Hugsbaby do not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes incurred when shipping outside of the UK.
